We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Academic Administrator to support the Hospital Director at Spire Leeds Hospital. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive executive assistant support, manage day-to-day activities, and maintain efficient working patterns.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the Hospital Director's workflow, including diary management, minute taking, and administration support. They will also ensure that the Hospital Director maintains realistic working patterns by good diary planning and organization of travel arrangements.

In addition, the Academic Administrator will manage the consultant database and compliance, work closely with the Hospital Director and Head of Governance, and assist in establishing and maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-class executive assistant and secretarial services
  • Managing the flow of work, including telephone calls, correspondence, and reports
  • Ensuring timely attendance at meetings and appointments
Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
