About This Opportunity

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to provide support and companionship to our residents in Leeds. As a key member of our care team, you will deliver high-quality care, ensuring that each resident receives meaningful one-to-one time with carers during every shift.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care standards. We also require a good understanding of elderly care and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

  • Able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our residents and the care team
  • Possess a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with electronic record-keeping systems

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £33,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience, plus benefits such as mileage reimbursement and bonus opportunities.
