We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at The Gorse Academies Trust. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR and business operations to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, including recruitment, absence management, performance management, disciplinaries, and grievances. They will also have knowledge of relevant HR policy, procedure, employment law, and good practice in relation to HR and be able to offer guidance and support to senior managers.

As an HR and Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our academy's non-teaching activities, including finance, premises maintenance, human resources, and health and safety. You will work closely with the Principal and Governing Body to advise on non-teaching activities and ensure that they align with the academy's mission and vision.

We are looking for someone who is highly professional, collaborative, and skilled in HR practices. You will need to have excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to prepare proposals and costings for projects, initiatives, and grants.

The salary for this role is £33,366-£35,235 per annum, depending on experience.
