About the Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced HR Operations and Analytics Expert to join our team at Infinite Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing HR data to inform business decisions, developing and maintaining effective HR systems and processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain effective HR systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for development.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR operations and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with HR systems and software, such as Workday or Oracle HCM.
