Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and consistent data in Cascade (HRIS) and record people-related data to support the Business Intelligence Team.
- Develop people data models for strategic decision making.
- Provide actionable reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and automated approaches to drive business outcomes.
- Manage HRIS and other technology platforms to optimize efficiency.
- Improve the People Dashboard to provide valuable insights.
- Collaborate with finance and business operations to set targets and ensure data accuracy.
- Calculate bonus achievement and provide analysis on remuneration and benefits.
- Conduct analytics on Long-Term Trends, Gender Pay Gap, and compliance reporting.
- Identify underperformance, talent, and recruitment trends.
- Provide demographic analysis and benchmarking.
- Carry out Employee Relations trend analysis and gather engagement statistics.
Requirements:
- Experience in complex, multi-site, regulated businesses, ideally in professional services.
- Proven track record in HR/People Teams.
- Strong understanding of commercial data and data analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Systems.
- Data-driven and highly organized.
- Previous experience with Cascade HR System is preferred.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £37,500 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, with the potential for a permanent role. This part-time position (3-4 days a week) offers flexibility and work-life balance. The job is based from home with 1 day a week or fortnight in Leeds, requiring an immediate start.
