About the Role

We are seeking a talented HR Analyst to join our team at Infinite Talent. As an HR Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate HR data through the HRIS and People Trackers, ensuring timely reporting on key metrics.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Assess legislative changes and identify areas of improvement/changes in current policies to inform HR policy reviews.
  2. Provide support to the IMS Team on ISO action tracking, leveraging your analytical skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Handle data requests (DSARs) with care, ensuring timely responses and maintaining confidentiality.
  4. Collate requested information from insurers regarding claims, utilising your organisational skills to ensure accuracy.
  5. Maintain accurate document records for agency partners, conducting periodic checks to ensure compliance.
  6. Act as the champion of the HRIS and People Trackers, ensuring accurate data maintenance and reporting to drive business decisions.
  7. Track HR data and prepare regular reports to the HR Team and wider business, including new starters, leavers, talent and succession, absence and disciplinary data.
  8. Support the HR Team by using data to identify trends and insights, driving strategic decisions.
  9. Perform market research and compliance research on topics such as pay, benefits, recruitment, and legislative updates to inform business decisions.
  10. Contribute to HR Projects by preparing research, drafts, and best practice, supporting the HR Manager in maintaining the HR calendar.
  11. Coordinate and complete HR Audits, including self-audits and agency audits, providing data, trends, and outcomes to inform business decisions.

Our estimated salary for this role is between $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
