We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team as a Senior Systems/Data Analyst.



About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working with complex payrolls, benefits, and HR systems data analysis. You will be responsible for interpreting data inputs from multiple sources, generating business-critical reports, and collaborating with various teams to ensure uniform data architecture and integrity.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret data from multiple payrolls, files, and Sage People HRIS, combining financial analysis to create individual records
  • Develop and deliver high-quality business reports and organisational models for informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Employee Benefits, and IT departments to maintain consistent data standards
  • Determine configuration requirements and prioritise roadmap developments for our HRIS third-party vendor
  • Deliver accurate external reporting (e.g., Gender Pay Gap, ESG assessments, employee benefits, and insurance renewals)
  • Design and implement Management Information dashboard reports using Power BI
  • Manage internal vs. external headcount and associated salary benchmarking, remuneration factors
  • Efficiently manage seamless data collection and migration during implementation projects


Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in complex payroll, benefits, and/or HR systems data analysis
  • Extensive expertise in business data modelling, involving intricate analysis for critical business decisions
  • Ability to map, sequence, and deliver multiple data migrations efficiently
  • Strong communication skills for presenting recommended Management Information
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively to formulate and implement best approaches
