EMEA Business Development Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven leader to lead business development efforts across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead a high-performing business development team, fostering collaboration and success.
- Establish and maintain key client relationships, providing expert advice on clinical research solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive company growth.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to position Hartmann Young as a market leader.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Business Development within the CRO space.
- A deep understanding of clinical trials, drug development lifecycle, and CRO services.
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to guide teams to achieve set goals.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree within a related Life Sciences or Business field.
The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of business acumen, leadership skills, and industry expertise, with a strong ability to build and maintain key client relationships.
Salary Range: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum based on experience.
