About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven leader to lead business development efforts across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve revenue growth targets.
  2. Lead a high-performing business development team, fostering collaboration and success.
  3. Establish and maintain key client relationships, providing expert advice on clinical research solutions.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive company growth.
  5. Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to position Hartmann Young as a market leader.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years' experience in Business Development within the CRO space.
  2. A deep understanding of clinical trials, drug development lifecycle, and CRO services.
  3. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading strategic initiatives.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to guide teams to achieve set goals.
  6. Minimum Bachelor's Degree within a related Life Sciences or Business field.

The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of business acumen, leadership skills, and industry expertise, with a strong ability to build and maintain key client relationships.

Salary Range: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum based on experience.
