Leadership Opportunity: EMEA Business Leader

We are seeking a senior-level executive to lead our operations in the EMEA region, driving business growth and delivering results.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the EMEA business, including strategy, operations, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Foster a culture of operational excellence, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across the region.
  • Financial Management:
    • Deliver P&L performance in line with targets set by the Global CEO and Board.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing P&L and leading large-scale operations across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
  • Experience in managing customers including food and beverage manufacturers & out of home customers.
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational excellence.
Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary package of up to £150,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
