Stripe is a leading financial infrastructure platform that enables businesses to grow their revenue and accelerate new opportunities. We're seeking a skilled People Partner (HRBP) to drive our effort in the EMEA region, supporting leaders and senior managers through scale.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as a strategic consultant to leaders, guiding them in aligning business and people strategies to optimize user and Stripe experience.
- Leverage data and insights to inform strategy, structure, and programs promoting organizational health and productivity.
- Advise and coach leaders on org design and strategy, change management interventions, and other key initiatives focused on efficiency and collaboration.
- Support leaders in executing global talent planning, identifying critical talent, and investing in future business needs.
**Requirements**
- 10+ years of experience as an HR business partner, preferably in fast-growing tech companies and established organizations.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive people strategy aligned with business results.
- Strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- A trusted advisor and connector who builds relationships with managers and leaders by providing deep insights.
- $120,000 - $150,000 per year salary based on experience.
