Strategic HR Partner for EMEA Operations

As a Strategic HR Partner for EMEA Operations, you will be responsible for delivering core HR processes such as performance management, compensation, talent management, and promotions within the region. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can drive business performance, people capability, and engagement in a global, diverse bank with strong values and culture.
Job DescriptionYou will act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams and senior business leaders, providing coaching and support to drive HR strategy and business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify capability needs and workforce planning requirements
- Developing and implementing programs to drive engagement, performance, and diversity
- Mitigating operational risk through effective HR practices
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Extensive experience as an HRBP in matrix banking or financial services organizations
- Proven track record of HR business partnering, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive business outcomes
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of employment law
