Job Role:
This Commercial Administrator role requires an experienced professional to maintain accurate records, collaborate with commercial coordinators, and ensure timely client invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate daily records of offshore agent/vendor labour hours in our time-tracking system.
- Review timesheet content to ensure accuracy and compliance with project-specific job carding.
- Prepare weekly/monthly man-hour reports for review by commercial and project management teams.
- Understand commercial agreements, including invoice cycles and billing criteria.
- Work closely with commercial coordinators to ensure accurate client invoicing, including obtaining and updating sell rates.
- Obtain approval from commercial and project management before issuing invoices to clients.
- Ensure month-end data is available for compilation of monthly accounts.
- Assist with coding requisitions as needed.
- Provide draft invoice accrual data for month-end accounting.
- Support commercial coordinators in maintaining cash flow assumptions for project/client credit control.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in client invoicing or accounts payable/vendor compliance.
- Administration and data entry experience.
Estimated Salary: $75,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
