Salary
We are offering a competitive salary package of £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
In this role, you will provide secretarial and PA support to the head of department, assisting with case management, document preparation, and diary management. You will also be responsible for updating internal databases, ensuring compliance across client records, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting letters, emails, and preparing documents on behalf of fee earners.
- Proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy.
- Digital dictation and transcribing recordings.
- Diary management and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Updating internal databases and maintaining client records.
- Booking rooms and resources for meetings and events.
- Setting up new client files and managing existing ones.
- Managing inboxes and responding to communications.
- Preparing invoices and maintaining financial records.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Secretarial experience in a family law setting.
- A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with diary management and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
