Clerical Assistant

This part-time administrative clerk position is available within the welfare services department of Aberdeen City Council.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the delivery of services that promote and protect the welfare of our customers.
The estimated salary for this role is £26,500 - £32,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
Responsibilities:- Ensure all administrative tasks are carried out in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Plan and manage your workload efficiently, referring complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Organise and minute meetings, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Work flexibly to meet the changing needs of our service.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adapt to new technologies as needed.
