Administrative Support Officer

The Medical Secretarial Service at NHS Grampian requires a part-time Administrative Support Officer to join their team in the Acute Medicine Initial Assessment (AMIA) department.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work alongside experienced colleagues and contribute to the provision of high-quality administrative support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clerical and administrative support to the AMIA team
- Scanning paperwork to patient electronic records
- Assisting other departments during periods of high demand
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, and organized individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using computer software packages.
The post holder will work Monday to Friday, with hours between 8.00am and 6.00pm. We would consider discussing a 4-day week with the successful candidate.
