Job Title: Office Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Operational Support Services team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Operational Support Services team, including general office duties, document processing, and meeting room management.
- Assist with the maintenance of office equipment, including photocopiers and coffee machines.
- Process and distribute incoming mail, and deal with outgoing mail in line with procedures.
- Provide a warm and courteous welcome to clients and visitors, and ensure that all customer and visitor needs and expectations are met to a high standard.
- Manage the operations and administration of meeting rooms and calendars.
Requirements:
- Experience in an office environment, preferably in a professional services organisation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and positive attitude to problem solving.
- Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders and clients, and work independently as well as part of a team.
