Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently onto Sage software.
- Issuing invoices and quotes onto Sage software.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain electronic diary system.
- Assist in clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: £8.00-£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
