Will be required to assist in other operational areas of the company as required and to cover staff absences and holidays.

**Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assisting with general administration for the sales and operations team including answering external calls
- Support with equipment and personnel logistics to include raising PO's, organising appointments and booking transportation
- Collation and submission of timesheets and expenses for operations team
- Supporting the Finance team with invoice queries
- Supporting with data collation of quotation statistics

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable, however training will be provided
- Needs to be IT literate
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

**This role is based at Unit 6 Kirkhill Commercial Park, Dyce Avenue, Dyce Aberdeen, AB21 0LQ.**

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
