We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Administrator to join our Finance Department on a fixed-term basis.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client ledgers, processing sales invoices, and initiating communication with external parties concerning the payment of Board/Service charges.

Key requirements include:

  • SCQF level 5 or Standard grade passes in English and Maths, at levels 1-3 or National 5 pass at A, B or C level
  • 1-2 years Sales Ledger experience working in a busy Accounts or Finance Office.
  • Experience of working to deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Knowledge of Sales Ledger and Accounts procedures.
  • A high level of numeracy and accuracy is required.
  • IT skills Excel (creating, amending spreadsheets); Word (basic letter writing).

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
