Allen Associates is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the People & Culture operations, working within a team of 6, on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer all processes across the employee life cycle, including new starters, contractual changes, leavers, absence, and references.
  • Manage the HR mailbox, ensuring timely and professional responses in line with policies and procedures.
  • Update employee records on the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with UK data protection legislation.
  • Support the Payroll team with data on starters, leavers, changes, absence, etc.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of all employee benefit administration, including raising Purchase Orders.
  • Support HR Advisors and HR Partners with employee relations casework, arranging meetings and notetaking as required.
  • Collaborate with the Reward and People Operations Manager on the annual reward process.
