HR & Office Administrator
D&M Plant Hire Ltd are based in Eynsham, Oxfordshire. The company has grown considerably over the last 18 months and as such now have a vacancy for a full-time HR & Office Administrator.
This is a varied role including but not limited to
- creating and maintaining employee records
- updating internal employee databases
- creating and amending HR documents, including employment contracts
- collecting, analysing and reporting HR metrics
- supporting HR directors and managers to perform their daily responsibilities
- working closely with key stakeholders, including IT, facilities and finance
- A smart and professional appearance
- Approachable and friendly with a can do attitude
- Poses a confident, professional and helpful telephone manner
- Excellent communication and people skills at all levels
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
- Enjoys a busy, challenging and varied working environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience of working in an office environment
**Responsibilities to include**
- Answering the phone
- Undertaking administrative duties as required to support the office staff
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (however this is flexible)
Rate of pay - starting from £25,000 depending on experience
28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
Pension scheme
Free on-site parking
**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
