Are you looking to start a career in HR?
- Certikin is the UKs leading supplier of pool and spa products and we are looking for a HR Administrator to join the HR Team, working alongside the UK Head of HR looking after 3 sites (Witney, Leeds and Fareham) looking after approx. 150 staff. As the HR Administrator you will be the first point of contact for all employee and external customer queries.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Maintaining personnel files- Managing HR documents- Ensuring that our internal databases are kept up to date.- Ensuring accurate information is collated & passed on to Payroll including new starter, leaver, change of pay rate and sickness absence data etc.-
**To succeed in this role you will need to be**:

- Highly organised- Ability to manage you time effectively- Strong attention to detail- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.- Previous experience working in a HR role would be advantageous but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR or someone who has a little experience already working in HR.
- We are offering a salary range of £25,000-£28,000 depending on on experience, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays which increases by 1 day for every 3 years service, up to a maximum of 28 days per annum. We provide a 4% pension contribution, discretionary bonus scheme as well as free parking.
