**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our busy HR team. This is a role with lots of variety and offers a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and friendly team, where you can make a meaningful impact on the business.
The role will suit someone who enjoys working with managers and staff, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR matters and supporting on all areas of employee relations. As part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR including HR project work.
To be successful in this role you will have generalist HR experience and excellent communication skills. You will also be able to handle sensitive situations with tact and to a high degree of confidentiality. Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail is a must.
