Office Administrator

Oxyplumb Ltd is a privately-owned company based in Witney, Oxfordshire.
We are looking for an part time Office Admin/Scheduler to join our team within the next 6 weeks or so.
**Key Duties**:
- To undertake general administrative tasks
- Maintain and update digital and manual records
- Planning/scheduling operative’s workloads
- Booking operative dairies
- To assist the Office manager as required
**Key Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner
- IT Literacy - experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) as minimum.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative and common sense, and work without close supervision
- A good memory for data and facts as well as an organised approached to work
- A willingness to learn new IT systems
- Flexible and Adaptable
- Job Type: Part -time, permanent with potential to grow into full time role.
- Hours: Mon-Fri flexible hours
- Holidays: 20 Days plus 8 days Bank and Public Holidays. In total 28 days - Pro Rata.
- Salary: £12 ph -£13 ph, negotiable relative to experience.
