Job Title: Investigation Team Administrator
Location: Witney
Contract: 12 months
Pay Rate: £23,000 - £26,000
Working Hours: 37.5 hours
Main Purpose of Role:
As an Investigation Team Administrator, your primary role is to provide crucial administrative support to the Complaint Investigation Team. Your efforts will contribute to meeting the business and customer needs effectively. It is vital to ensure that all your actions, interactions, and behaviors align with ADC core values and the Code of Conduct.
Main Responsibilities:
- Positive Role Model: Act as a positive role model within the team, promoting a culture consistent with ADC core values and the Code of Conduct.
- Document Management: Maintain an accurate filing and retrieval system for documents. Handle the archiving of Investigation documentation and physical priority cases in accordance with applicable archive procedures.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the process for returns, communications, and disposal of ancillary equipment while adhering to applicable procedures and EHS guidelines. Support product shipments to the United States.
- Process Improvements: Facilitate procedural changes for the team using the change documentation system.
- Payroll Support: Assist in preparing overtime sheets within specified deadlines and submit them to payroll. Manage pay queries and departmental queries as required.
- Office Facilities: Coordinate the maintenance of office facilities such as copiers, stationery supplies, and other essential items within the group/working area.
- IT Support: Maintain the IT ticket tracker and track IT licenses for the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend business and cost improvements in line with business excellence activities.
- EHS Compliance: Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards by following EHS systems, programs, and procedures. Take accountability for the Health & Safety of yourself and others, and highlight areas where EHS performance can be improved.
- Policy Compliance: Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- Quality System: Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System at the site in accordance with divisional and corporate requirements and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma / GED or educated to secondary school level, including mathematics and English proficiency to understand procedures and processes relevant to the role.
