**Job Overview:**

Brook Street is seeking a highly skilled and organised Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and proof-reading data.
  2. Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently.
  3. Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively.
  4. Analyse complex information or data, preparing written reports as required.
  5. Serve as a liaison between internal and external sources.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Hold at least two GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Possess NVQ Business Administration level 1 (or relevant administrative experience).
  • Hold basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
