**Job Overview:**
Brook Street is seeking a highly skilled and organised Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and proof-reading data.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively.
- Analyse complex information or data, preparing written reports as required.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external sources.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Hold at least two GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Possess NVQ Business Administration level 1 (or relevant administrative experience).
- Hold basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
