Job Description: Payroll & Accounts Administrator
Salary: £30,472 per annum (pro rata)
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll system, including pensions and HMRC processing. They will also provide support with ad-hoc accounting tasks and work closely with other accounts staff to ensure seamless financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the payroll system, including pensions and HMRC processing.
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.
- Collaborate with other accounts staff to ensure effective financial operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in finance or payroll management.
- Proficiency in payroll and finance systems, specifically Sage 50.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in finance or administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data processing.
- Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
- A proactive and solution-focused attitude with excellent time management skills.
