**Key Responsibilities:**

As an Academic Support Specialist at Howden Group, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior leadership team. This includes:

  • Maintaining a work diary for the CFO and Group Technology Officer
  • Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and preparation of relevant material
  • Building strong relationships with the Operating and Group Executive teams

In addition, you will be responsible for managing paper and electronic filing systems, ensuring administration processes follow Company requirements, and responding to queries and organizing emails.

You will also engage ethically and fairly with clients and develop positive relationships with suppliers.
