We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a service coordination role within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling service visits for engineers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Managing engineer schedules, maintaining accurate records of jobs and time.
  • Issuing and checking service certificates, guaranteeing compliance with regulations.
  • Ordering parts and arranging delivery to site, streamlining logistics.
  • Preparing quotations for work and invoicing completed tasks, managing finances effectively.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Organizing calibration of test equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Handling miscellaneous administrative tasks as directed by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is beneficial.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £26,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
