**Job Summary:**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Carterton, Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with a competitive salary of £12.99 per hour.

Key Duties:
  1. Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, and record keeping.
  2. Handle correspondence, including emails and letters.
  3. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and proof-reading data.
  4. Analyse complex information or data, preparing written reports as required.
  5. Serve as a liaison between internal and external sources.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Hold at least two GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Possess NVQ Business Administration level 1 (or relevant administrative experience).
  • Hold basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
