Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail
- Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. The Office Administrator/Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks. bookkeeping and payroll.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Manage filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized
- Assist with accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and payments
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks to manage financial records

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £16.00-£19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

**Benefits**:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
