Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reed HR is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with a long-standing client in Witney, Oxfordshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent, contributing significantly to the company's people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR Managers, L&D, Supervisors, Managers, Heads of Departments, Senior Leadership, and Executives.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure role requirements are accurately gathered.
- Provide support, advice, and guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge relevant to recruitment.
- Contribute to the delivery of OKRs/KPIs such as time to hire, hire cost, and recruitment survey feedback.
- Maintain HRIS/ATS with current and accurate data.
- Utilise data to drive decisions and report trends/focus areas to the wider business/HR team.
- Complete administrative tasks supporting the talent acquisition process.
- Attend weekly meetings with stakeholders and submit weekly recruitment reports.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience in developing or improving recruitment processes and tools.
- Experience with ATS and familiarity with early careers recruitment is advantageous.
