About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Business Partner to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment solutions to find the best talent for our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed best practice hiring tools and techniques to support our decentralized recruitment model.
- Work with stakeholders to build the recruitment team brand and encourage managers to engage with the recruitment team.
- Lead on strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, working with the CoE's & HRBP's, to drive business growth and high performance culture.
- Support hiring managers across the end-to-end recruitment process, from initiation through to on-boarding and pre-hire.
- Be an employer brand ambassador for the group, delivering a first-class candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the wider HR team and line managers at all levels to ensure a detailed understanding of resourcing needs.
- Pro-actively source talent for a selection of your vacancies using a range of organic direct sourcing channels.
- Maintain and build a comprehensive suite of assessment tools and evolve as and when required.
- Be an active contributor and influencer in the recruitment process, providing best practice advice to hiring managers, advising on appropriate selection methods, and influencing decisions to ensure an inclusive hiring process.
- Produce regular reports for HR teams and the wider business using a set of agreed recruitment metrics.
- Coach recruiting managers to improve interviewing, assessment, and selection competence.
- Maintain the Workday Recruiting ATS for all roles to ensure accurate reporting.
About You
- You will be an experienced recruiter with an eye for spotting great talent, both for current and future roles.
- You will have the ability to think strategically beyond the daily BAU requirements, supporting the wider Recruitment team on delivery of strategic initiatives and projects.
- You will be an enthusiastic and collaborative team player with a strong drive and ambition to create a positive work environment and deliver results.
- You will have commercial awareness and a demonstrable ability to understand stakeholder groups.
- You will have outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, being able to generate a quality pipeline of candidates under tight time constraints.

- You will be able to adapt your style, think on your feet, and have a can-do mentality.
