Our Team

We are growing our team at Witney and are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us. As a site-based role, you will work closely with us to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting, from requirement definition to hiring, using Abbott's ATS and CRM.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging cost-effective recruiting channels, including the Abbott careers page, job boards, social media, CRM, and ATS data sources.
  • Ensure a structured interview process is followed for each hiring requirement, running assessment centers when necessary.
  • Maintain ATS (Workday) and provide reporting as required.
  • Provide strategic market data and research.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, Business HR, TA colleagues, HR practice centers, and HR service centers.

Critical Capabilities

  • Strategy development and execution: Support the operational execution of the hiring strategy and drive actions yielding tangible recruiting results.
  • Influence stakeholders and candidates: Build credibility with hiring managers, candidates, and the team through successful placements, knowledge of the labor market, talent segments, Abbott businesses, and job functions.
  • Leadership: Take accountability for the plan, timeline, and deliverables, making informed decisions throughout the recruiting process.
  • Change management: Support and embrace application or process change initiatives.
  • Data management, analysis, and insights, storytelling: Demonstrate skills in reporting and presenting data using Abbott systems and MS suite.
  • Project management: Support in-country and in-division TA projects.
  • Endurance and resilience: Problem-solve through setbacks and adapt to changes in direction.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent English language skills are required; another language would be an advantage.
  • Strong track record of sourcing via tools and networks.
  • Strong assessment skills to assess candidates' business capabilities, technical background, and key behaviors.
  • Ideal combination of agency and in-house recruitment experience.
