About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Eynsham. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leverage your technical expertise to implement, configure, and optimise technology solutions for our clients.
  2. Collaborate closely with clients to ensure seamless operation of their IT systems, meeting operational Key Performance Indicators and fulfilling contract obligations.
  3. Provide efficient and effective customer service to end-users and stakeholders, including training and support.
  4. Work with third-party vendors to install, configure, and deploy software.
  5. Plan and coordinate the deployment and implementation of hardware and software solutions.
  6. Configure and set up new users, hardware, and software, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  7. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices, documenting and updating records as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an IT support environment, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent.

This role is based in Eynsham, with regular site visits required. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
