About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Specialist to provide recruitment support to our business teams during a period of accelerated growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, identifying top talent for key positions.
  • Proactively source candidates using various organic direct sourcing channels, including social media, online forums, and CV databases.
  • Support specialist hiring requirements by reviewing candidate pipelines, assessing suitability, and conducting phone screens to create a diverse shortlist of talented individuals.
  • Leverage tools like Textio and Odro to craft compelling job descriptions that are inclusive and bias-free, attracting the best candidates for our roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to execute recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms, including Indeed hiring events, Reed targeted campaigns, PPC, and social media channels.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday Recruiting, ensuring seamless access and usage for hiring managers.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in recruitment within fast-paced, multi-site environments.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organisational skills.
  • An effective team player who thrives in collaborative environments, driving shared goals and objectives.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing needs, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring seamless relationships with multiple stakeholders.
