Job Title: Channel Sales Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Lead to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a channel sales strategy that drives revenue growth through strategic alliances with value-added resellers (VAR), Technology Solution Distributors (TSD), and Systems Integrator (SI) partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a channel sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall sales objectives.
  2. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
  3. Establish joint goals and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to drive mutual business growth and achieve sales targets.
  4. Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to sell and support our solutions effectively.
  5. Collaborate with partners and cross-functionally internally to develop joint marketing and sales programs that drive referrals and revenue growth.
  6. Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, partner pipeline, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic actions.
  7. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align channel activities with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the unified communication industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
