Job Title: Channel Sales Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Lead to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a channel sales strategy that drives revenue growth through strategic alliances with value-added resellers (VAR), Technology Solution Distributors (TSD), and Systems Integrator (SI) partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall sales objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
- Establish joint goals and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to drive mutual business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to sell and support our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with partners and cross-functionally internally to develop joint marketing and sales programs that drive referrals and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, partner pipeline, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic actions.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align channel activities with overall business objectives.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the unified communication industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
