About this role:

This Sales Consultant position involves working under the Regional Sales Manager and focuses on selling Out of Home Advertising space to large businesses with complex needs.

The dedicated sales team will cater to clients from various sectors, while you'll concentrate on high-value national businesses. You'll become an expert in your clients' industries, understanding their business needs and annual activities to sell our products effectively.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new prospects and developing relationships
  • Sourcing new business appointments through self-generated leads
  • Closing deals with new prospects
  • Gathering local market insights
  • Nurturing existing client relationships
  • Working efficiently, prioritizing tasks, and planning for new business opportunities
  • Becoming a trusted advisor in your clients' markets, building your professional brand as an expert in advertising and media
  • Maintaining close collaboration with the Direct Sales Operations team to optimize workflows

  • Experience in the Media sector
  • A consultative strategic sales approach, focusing on high-value clients
  • An exceptional listener and communicator who can understand client needs
  • Strong organizational skills, with a structured approach to work and continuous improvement
  • A tenacious problem solver with strong independence
