As a Health and Social Care Professional with Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in delivering quality-driven mental health services to individuals across Norfolk and Suffolk. We are seeking a Band 4 Assistant Practitioner to join our Samphire Ward team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support the team in collaboratively assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating care for our service users.
The ideal candidate will possess a Foundation Degree in Health & Social Care / Mental Health at L5 or equivalent qualification. Inpatient adult mental health experience is desirable but not essential.
