Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary of £11.00 per hour, with a 10% weekend enhancement and overtime paid at £2.50 extra per hour. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including 30 days holiday, free membership of our Health Cash Back Scheme, an Employee Assistance programme, and more.

About the Role

This is a varied role, requiring flexibility and adaptability. As a Support Worker, you will be providing individualised care and support tailored to the needs and wishes of people with learning disabilities. You will work collaboratively with service users to identify and achieve their goals, enabling them to have choice and control over their lives.

You will be responsible for carrying out everyday tasks, including personal care, and taking part in activities that promote a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. No social care experience is required, as we provide full training to help you become an exceptional social care worker.

Requirements
  • A full manual driving licence is essential, as you will be required to drive our accessible vehicles.
  • You will need to be flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
