About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team in Fakenham. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our services, meeting the highest standards of care, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Branch Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our Fakenham branch, ensuring it remains profitable, efficient, and committed to delivering exceptional customer care.
  • CQC/CIW Registration: Maintain the CQC/CIW registration for the branch, adhering to regulatory guidelines and ensuring seamless compliance.
  • Carer Recruitment and Development: Proactively recruit new carers, guide them through the onboarding process, and support their professional development to maintain high-quality services.
  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with commercial teams to drive branch growth and revenue.
  • Operational Review: Regularly review branch operations to ensure all customer needs are met, and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Policies and Procedures: Effectively communicate and implement policies and procedures within the branch, guaranteeing adherence to company standards.
  • Staff and Carer Support: Provide training and development opportunities to branch staff and carers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require a Level 5 NVQ in Management in Care or be willing to work towards achieving this qualification. Additionally, you must have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices aligned with CQC/CIW guidance, along with experience working in the care sector at a management level. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are also essential.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
