Care Professional

We are seeking a qualified Care Assistant to provide professional and thoughtful care during nighttime shifts at Danforth Care Homes. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the needs of our residents.
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience and location.
This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact in the lives of older adults. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital part in providing personalized care services to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized care to residents in accordance with their assessed needs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective care plans
Requirements:
- Care Certificate qualification
- NVQ qualification is preferred but not essential
- Experience working with older adults
- Knowledge and use of assessment tools
Skills and Qualities:
- IT literacy
- Good organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
