Care Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team at Woodlands, a 39-bed residential care home providing short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in dementia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, where you will have the chance to build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
