We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Practitioner to join our team at Waterhouse Manor in Fordham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of working with older people, knowledge of assessment tools, and understanding of care planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents in accordance with their individually assessed needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, effective, and efficient care service.
  • Use Electronic Care Planning to monitor and implement changes that improve service delivery and outcomes for residents.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

This role requires a Care Certificate and NVQ qualification. We also look for IT literacy, good organisational skills, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible with regard to working hours and able to build effective relationships with colleagues and residents.
