Voyage Care Ltd is a leading provider of community-based care services. We are currently seeking a qualified Field Support Supervisor to join our team in the Norwich area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues and providing support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing person-centred support plans
  2. Conducting care needs assessments
  3. Inducting new colleagues
  4. Completing supervisions/appraisals
  5. Completing medication competencies and medication audits
  6. Attending multi-disciplinary meetings
  7. Completing reports
  8. Assisting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of our services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care management role
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £14.89 per hour. In addition, we offer premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply) and other benefits including Wagestream, funded Blue Light Card, 24/7/365 doctor line, access to cash plans, enhanced retirement leave, and long service awards.

Location: The position is based in the Norwich area.
