Patient-Focused Care Worker

Cera Care is a leading provider of home care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality support that empowers individuals to live independently in their own homes. We are seeking a skilled Patient-Focused Care Worker to join our team in Kings Lynn, working closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented. Your duties may include assisting with personal care, managing medications, preparing meals, and providing companionship.
About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will work collaboratively with our care team to develop personalized care plans, focusing on each client's unique needs and preferences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Managing medications and administering injections (as required)
- Preparing hot meals and snacks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
- An enhanced DBS check (or willing to undergo one)
- The right to work in the UK
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care-related field (or willingness to undergo training)
