Dementia Care Worker

Norse Commercial Services Limited's residential care home, Woodlands, is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Care Support Worker. This role involves assisting service users with personal care and support tasks, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively within a team, and demonstrate a passion for supporting others by providing exceptional care. They will also be required to respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as needed.
