As a Community Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in leading our supported living services and helping individuals gain more independence in their daily lives.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.89 per hour, plus enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour and premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.
