**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Adult Community Learning Coordinator to join our team and provide support to working age adults with moderate to severe mental health difficulties in West Norfolk.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health issues and be able to work effectively with individuals, families, and communities to promote recovery and wellbeing.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to working age adults with moderate to severe mental health difficulties
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to deliver effective mental health services
