About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our nursing leadership team in West Norfolk as a Clinical Lead. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team, fellow Clinical Leads, Service Managers, and Senior Management Team to ensure the team is empowered and skilled in delivering outstanding care to service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, prescribe, and deliver care packages for patients with long-term conditions, palliative care, and rehabilitation needs to achieve quality of life and independence where possible.
- Work within the integrated team to facilitate early discharge from hospital and prevent unnecessary admission.
- Lead the development of nursing teams and manage differences in professional roles within integrated teams.
- Work with professional leads, maintain a clinical role (minimum 60%), and ensure effective delivery of safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements
- RGN and current NMC registration.
- 1st Level degree.
- Evidence of continuing professional development and its application.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English Language.
- Broad range of clinical skills, understanding of wider NHS and social care issues, and ability to influence and motivate staff at all levels.
